Okay maybe another dumb question.... Please describe  what makes up a Mac satin lipstick. I tried looking it up and all I got is what its  not.   I get Matte, retro matte, amplified, and Lustor but don't know satin lipsticks.  Thank you in advance

The most famous MAC satins are Cyber and Rebel. Satins have a nice sort glossy shine

I like to describe Satins as being a cross between Mattes and Amplified Cremes.

I don't own any Amplified Cremes. But Satins are awesome, but not as awesome as Mattes and Retro Mattes

You could try the 210.It has the same shape (pointed) as the 209 but is finer/thinner.

I really just want Royal Wink. I would get Blue Peep too but I have NARS Solomon Islands and they're too similar. I might grab a lipstick too. I really love a blue winged liner with pink lipstick. It's my go-to look in the summer.

They are semi-matte (with a bit of sheen), opaque coverage, long-wearing, and less drying.

I've broken my 'no more reds' rule yesterday. Have to start all over again

This isn't a beauty powder, it's a highlight powder, there's a difference. Either way, BPs and HPs are different from MSFs, which come in the current UFO-like packaging. You're mixing up 3 different powders, all of which are different from one another, in function, ingredients, use, and packaging.

Hi hun I'm all confused now So the lightscapade is a msf Not a highlighter ? Sorry to be a pain I have jumped about 15 pages now for this to be answersed When I use mine mine abit glittery mmm type ffinish maybe it's the brush I'm very confused The bao wan I have that's lovely I use that as a blush well over blush But it depends again what brush I use one brush picks up glitter sparkles And another brush picks up colour Sorry I thought I had cracked all this but the post u answered has me confused I'm going to google too that maybe better

lightscapade is definitely a highlighter. its just a MSF not a HP in MAC terms. Summer Opal can also be used as a highlighter, depending on one's skin tones. but its a BP (beauty powder) in MAC terms. You can use them as you please!
