I think Genuine Treasure is better suited to being used over shadows rather than under them. It's not a traditional paint pot and probably isn't the best product to use as a base.

I am WEAK when it comes to reds. 

I LOVE a good red. I have way too many already but whenever I see a new one my eyes light up and my heart starts to race. My inner makeup whore comes unchained and insists that I have nothing like it in my collection.

I never thought about using it that way. I had sold mine because it looked so patchy in swatches. Not sure if I'll pick up another one.
