You might love NFP. I'd grab it. I purchased it during the Heirloom Collection and wear it often with Red Blazer lipglass from the Simpson's Collection. It's a pretty combo. It comes out a muted, berry color on me.

Eyeshadow yes. I usually wear black eyeliner pretty often enough but not  bright colors. 

Ah! Got you! I tend to add color to make things pop. I'm trying to break out of neutral color territory.

Some have suggested 263 others suggested 266. Any liner brush you are comfortable with should work.

I prefer small, thin winged eye and I find the 210 is fantastic for that.

I thought it was the best red from last fall, along with Strange Journey! I hate to say it, but you might need it.   When I wasn't buying makeup at all, I still owned Royal Wink! I just bought a BU, which is a huge relief because my old one is on its last legs.

Yes, they are close in color which is why I like to pair them together. NFP is a pretty color on it's own too. I thought it'd be close to GAT but they are nothing alike on me. It's quite a unique fuchsia pink.

I think that's what T compared it to, GAT. I don't own it. Please, don't encourage me, I'm trying to talk myself out of buying it.
