Of course got SB instead of OC and now I have two SBs.
Can someone please let me know what to do to receive refund?
I paid with Paypal and I am not in US, my friend got the blush and checked out to see that the receipt write OC but product is SB.
Should I send a photo to MAC? should I call? Should I send an e-mail?

This looks beautiful on you! It really does remind me of Clinique's Black Honey, which was the only lipstick I wore for several years. I'm so excited for this one, thanks for sharing. I'm fighting the urge to get Pink Fringe/Fridge, I think it may look too bright on me.primrose this lippie feels great on the lips it actually feels more like a lipgloss I'm saving it for fall it feels like a gel lipstick if that makes any sense

Proenzagate update: I called CS this morning and spoke to a very nice rep. She said they're trying to make extra quantities of the blushes to correct everyone's orders and they would get back to me next week (sound familiar?). I told her I already went and got the blush I wanted, so if I could just get a refund, that would be great, and I would be fine shipping the wrong blush back. She said to keep the blush because it was their error (guessing it's not worth the shipping costs to them to pay for everyone to ship their wrong blushes back...I'm sure someone mentioned this thought already) and she issued my refund. She gave me a confirmation number for the refund and said it might take 5-7 days to see it back on my card. I will update again when I receive my refund so people who paid with credit cards know how long to expect it to take.

You don't need to send a photo, either call or email them and they will process the return! Same thing happened to me.

I just got a MAC email about the LE lipsticks are back & perm, but I noticed that at the bottom left it said, Free Shipping ALL THE TIME no code necessary. Thats new isn't it? They've offered FS no code necessary before, but I don't ever remember the FS ALL THE TIME...hmmm

It's not new. They've been doing that for months now. They've even had free 2 day shipping on the weekends for about a month now.

Does anyone know if the "coming soon" on the blushes is real on mac sit.. My local mac counter did not receive the blushes at all.. Will MAC restock???
