It is what it is. Bosses are always going to be like that and I've found that this over achieving New York attitude we all get just makes bosspeople entitled to dump more work on people that we can even handle. I was waiting on April stuff too.. But thank god it got delayed because with imats coming up eeekkkk. I was going to completely get kicked out of #teamlowbuy Stay positive. Stay shining and do what you can but don't get over sick w over work. Not to get off the makeup topic, but my job is really starting to get on my nerves. I work at a University. I have over 1100+ students to check for graduation. If that isn't bad enough, now the bosses have decided to give us another project. It's during our busiest time of the year. For some reason this "other" project is more important than my dept. working to assist with graduating our students. It's beyond ridiculous. I wouldn't mind doing this other project if I was getting some overtime money, but nada. They just assume our work can be pushed to the side and we can work on their project. Guess who will get into a lot of trouble if our own work is not done on-time or correct? Sometimes, I just want to disappear from everything or crawl into a ball and hide somewhere. Plus, with this never ending winter (and I like winter), it's just too depressing. Thank you for asking and listening Mosha!
I was thinking I should get the orange blush, but I remembered I have a huge orange Nars blush thingy that came out last year. I covet it and I should just stick to that. This collection is a skip for me.
I left work after my first pregnancy to be a stay at home mom. Then had another soon after. Now I'm a stay at home mom and in school full time. So that's why I'm more than ready to return to work and have adult conversations lol! I do half day nannying work a few times a week but I'm hired by my step mom so I don't count it as real work, though I don't call in sick! So maybe I should count it

I like some Essie colours but I have found recently that it chips really quickly even with base and top coat. I find it so frustrating. I also find the same thing with MAC nail polish. I only own one MAC polish but have tried a few others from friends and I wouldn't pay for them.

yes I find mac polishes do chip.but sometimes I can't help but buy pretty colors.imo estee lauder makes the best polish that stuff lasts forever

In my own personal experience this is very true with the Essie Mirror Metallic collection (Nothing Else Metals, Penny Talk, Blue Rhapsody etc). It just chips and flakes off after a whole day which is so sad because they are sooooo pretty. I wish I read the reviews before buying all of them.
