So this collection was originally meant to launch the 3rd, but because of manufacturing issues it was pushed back to the 24th, however - the blushes (what I assume was the reason it was pushed back at all) still aren't ready and probably won't launch that day. I'm morbidly curious what went wrong. From what I've seen most makeup manufacturing takes about 3 weeks once the colors are decided on, so I'd hazard the first week of May...unless things have gone really wrong in MAC-land.

I went to pick up my Playland lipsticks today, and the SA told me that they are hoping the blushes for Proenza will be available by the launch but there are no guarantees.

When I got home from work today I saw this was on the site map, went to it and it had all the products up like with any other collection but everything said "COMING SOON". I kept refreshing and in about an hour it went to just a black page with this

Went by my local MAC counter to look at the Playland collection in person ( already ordered Sweet Experience online) and the guy there showed me the Proenza Schouler line, and gawddd it was gorgeous. The packaging alone is amazing. So glad they changed it up from the typical MAC shape!

I really wish the brush was great because of the handle, but I'm not a fan of LE brushes and doubt this will be any different, so it's a skip for me.

Yeah it's interesting. When I called my store, the manager was totally transparent about the production issue. Am going to have to call back though and confirm it is still the 24th and see if the blushes will be in. What a fiasco.Not emberassing at all... I do that too!Not on my phone, but on my computer.
And yes to the Ombre collection!

I like the look of Mangrove, but I keep on thinking that it looks similar to Tarte Timeless, and I also have Nars Heatwave as well... Do you guys think it's really unique?
