I just saw these blushes, too! They look amazing! Wish they were more accessible for me to get my hands on!don't even go peek ..lol
They have the most divine silky melt into the skin texture ever.

I got the wrong one too. I originally ordered Sunset Beach when I really meant to order Ocean City but then I became very VERY excited about getting Sunset Beach, well I got Ocean City in my not so little black box and I don't know what to do :/

keep it and be happy! lol i like OC way better. it's not dupeable (sp??) at all. i haven't seen any color like it and it goes on so nice. i'm very pale and had no trouble applying it or building it up. the SB is pretty and i'm glad i got it but it's not as unique as it's easily dupeable (just my opinion)

I just got both blushes and swatched them on my cheeks & outside of the packaging neither one of them are anything special.....I have similar colors in my stash.
Also, if any of the NC40 & over ladies wondered if these would show up on the skin, OC did with one swipe but I had to swipe SB a couple of times.

That's what I thought. I can understand not wanting to get deep into it with this neighbour if you know you're getting the hell out of there in the next month but at the same time, wouldn't you just love to hit up a lawyer friend or a friend in law school to write them a letter...

I would like to respectfully disagree. We all chose, and paid for, these items. I don't think the mantra "keep it and be happy" is right in this situation. @CharlieKelly's reaction clearly seems to show that she is upset by the mistake that MAC made, and that she still wants the other blush. It is their fault, she shouldn't not have to be forced to be stuck with a product simply because MAC made an error (which it seems they made A LOT of by the sounds of all the wrong orders we have already heard of on here). I believe Charlie should be upset, she was given the wrong product. I hope that anyone who ordered and got a different product is able to find out a way to work things out. xoxo

oh i didn't mean it in that context. she didn't sound upset to me, she sounded like she wasn't sure if she would rather the OC or SB. i meant it as 'be happy you got lucky' as she had originally wanted that one and it's very difficult to get. if she would rather the pink than of course she should contact MAC back. i wouldI would like to respectfully disagree. Yes I called immediately after opening the box. The Rep. sounded like she couldn't give a crap. She implied that Mac must have substituted the blush with what was available. That seems a little shady doesn't it?!? She also said I could keep the blush or return it at their expense but they wouldn't replace it with the correct item.
How different is the bottom (darkest) shade in SB from Nars' Cour Battant, if anyone has both? I am thinking I can dupe SB with CB and Nars' Sex Fantasy and maybe Nars' Desire? Since I have a good range of Nars' pinks, I think SB will be too similar to what I already have.

seriously? did you try to call back again and get a different operator? i'm kinda new to MAC but i haven't seen anyone else ever post that they 'substitute' if they run out of stock. i would call again and ask for a manager
