We have the same problem here. Some collections launch, others don't and even the MAC advisors don't know about the upcoming collections, I mean for their own boutiques ! We all are tired of this I must say.

I just get off the phone with a Canadian Mac rep, and so far there haven't been any problems with blush mix ups in Canada (that she knows of). And my ocean city should be arriving soon! Fingers crossed!

Not to throw wood and the MAC fire, but it seems like every launch there is SOME kind of drama. I didn't order from them this round. I went through Bloomingdale's, but if they did mix my Ocean City the only positive is that I was really on the fence with what colour to get. It will all be a surprise when UPS stops by!

Ok Ladies now you got me considering the pink i didn't even think about getting it before LOL good old Specktra LOL...once I can make sure Belk handles this mixup right...I will definitely swatch it in store!

Welp I got sunset beach blush instead of ocean city. The guy told me he will call me back in 2 days for more information and I have to send this one back wtf. I better get my blush that's all I know!!

That sucks...these CS rep stories are so inconsistent. I read that Nordstrom is now cancelling orders too because they don't know when their shipment will come in.

lol two days?! i will probably not even realize who is calling me by then. '800 number? oh probably a telemarketer' I might even just keep ocean city at this point. i tried it on, started to like it... i think it is actually okay with my coloring? what do you guys think?

Thank goodness I ordered from macys this morning and cancelled my Nordstrom order! Although, the weird thing is that Ocean City is still listed as backordered but Sunset Beach is listed as in stock. OC is unavailable everywhere else.

I ordered an equal amount of each, so if it's a matter of a switch up in the packaging, I should be covered...I hope. Won't know for sure until I get them tomorrow afternoon.

no one can't seem to win with mac except the people being send another one or odering both blushes.

I just got off the phone. Apparently the blushes were in the wrong bins, so everyone got the wrong one. Someone will call me back in 24-48 hours. I may have to return my wrong blush (which I think I should get to keep since they are going to trash it anyway).

That's the same BS response I got! I ordered Ocean City and got Sunset Beach instead. I really hope MAC fixes this mistake. I spend way too much money with them to have a problem like this.

I agree and that's part of why I want to keep it at this point? I figured pink would look better, but I can't stand the idea of this little compact I've been looking at being thrown away. this is how hoarding starts I think.

I don't understand how they can fix this unless they make more .......and why wouldn't the inventory people check the names on the individual boxes? I would, but I'm slighty OCD I hate people being mad.

I know that's right most of my collection is mac smh. They should at least let people keep the wrong blushes to make up for it and there's no pro discount.
