I am pissed off royally!!!!!! I order ocean city and got sunset beach!!!!! They told me it will 24 to 48 hours to hear back from a manager who will tell me what to do with this blush. If they tell me they can't get me ocean city and to send this back ..........,,,

Mac will have to take some time to sort it all out with an internal investigation to see where & how the mix up started. Then they will have to meet with the designers...lawyers lawyers lawyers prolly too. The cs people won't have any say until the order comes down from on high.

Everyone will get to keep their blushes & get the right one, or they will send new correct ones with prepaid return ship labels for the incorrect one. My guess is they will just let you keep the wrong blush, send you the new & right it off as a loss.

Hi everyone! I am new here, but have been a follower of this website for a while now =)

I have a question for you guys - I just got my order in today and my Ocean City blush arrived cracked! I called MAC and they told me they'd look into it and get back to me in 48 hours =( She said not to worry, that they keep extras around in case of emergencies like this. Has this happened to anyone before? Were they able to send a replacement? How long did it take? I'm so bummed, that's what I was looking forward to most. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!

I got one of the Wonder Woman blushes completely smashed. They sent me a new one right away. And, I think it had sold out by the time I got mine, but they had one to send me. In this case with all the chaos...its anyone's guess what they will be able to do.

So sorry that happened to you.

Not everyone got Sunset Beach. I got both but they were with the wrong lip stick ( I had two separate orders). That tells me that the boxes were probably put in the wrong spot in the distribution center. So when they went to pull a product to fill an order, it was the wrong one. I'm betting it was the Distribution Center's fault.

So I just saw a post on IG with one of the ombré blushes for sale and the caption said MAC sent me the wrong blush but I don't want it so I'm selling at retail plus shipping because I just want my money back yet later on in the post the person says MAC is sending them the correct one. So if MAC is sending the correct one aren't you already getting what you paid for? Some ppl are so shady. Just as bad as the evilbayers.

Maybe Mac told her to keep it. If she sends it back they will throw it away, and that's just being wasteful, which is worse IMO.

Was it the actual product that was wrong (so right packaging, wrong product?), or was the website screwed up? The blushes now say coming soon on the website, so was the website screwed up?

It seems Primrose is an exact dupe of Sweet Succulence from last August. Now I have both. :-(.

Each brush was on a different order. Each blush was wrong. They are lucky I got one of each and ended up with one of each as initially planned.

I really hope things work out well for everyone that got a mixed up order etc. I think something similiar occurred with Simmer Blush and Sweet Samba in Tropical Taboo Collection and possibly a Extra Dimension Collection launch with some skinfinishes. Guess the only guarantee to get an order right is to buy both blushes. Not cool at all. Fingers crossed everything will work out and everyone is appeased. Maybe do a few trades/swaps with each other if all else fails.

Yes, you're right. It was with Simmer &Sweet Samba, too. I do remember everyone got the other blush free of charge.

Wow. This really suggests that the website was screwed up. Yikes! Glad that you got one of each in the end
