My thanks to everyone. I think i can skip PF. Thanks for saving me some money... that i'll probably spend on something else. Sigh.
I did get Woodrose and - what is the matter with me !?! - it looked like such a cool (as opposed to warm) color in all the swatches and in the tube, and on me it leans a little warm. I'll have to see what i can put under it to keep it light and cool.

I just received my replacement OC and it is so beautiful!
I swatched it with my finger and it had the same issue as my SB (no pigmentation), but it applied just fine with a brush. I am so happy to have it and it is a much better color for my skin tone than SB. Although I think both are really pretty, I have to be honest and say there is absolutely nothing unique about them besides that fact that they are ombre.
Here is a quick pic and swatches that I did for my sister, so don't mind my hair in the mirror lol. SB looks a little funny because I swirled my brush in it. For reference, I am a little lighter than NC25 right now and the inside of my arm is probably closer to NC20.

Got this e-mail a few minutes ago too. I don't want to get my hopes up but I did get my samples on Thursday. Wonder if Nordstrom will cancel my order even after the samples shippedI just received the Back Order notice. Maybe there is hope.
