Haven't received my order and I can't even track it :/
You can flatten the boxes and store them that way. I don't want to throw away any of my boxes just in case I decide to sell something later. I resorted to flattening the boxes and securing them together with hair bands when I started running out of space for them. It's very convenient and takes up way less space.I got my goodies too! (The snake embossed boxes are so gorgeous, but I really have nowhere to store them. It'd be such a shame to get rid of them though.) I can't wait to play with the shadows and Shell Pearl tomorrow.
Very true. I still have way more stuff in my living quarters than I really need though. Meh...I'll see what I can do.You can flatten the boxes and store them that way. Colour. Finish. Texture. Purpose. Effect.how does shell pearl differ from archie's girls PMs?
Alright...I think I need some help (Maybe Erin...Can you please weigh in on this?)
I am NW 15-20 (but more neutral than cool) and I am having a hard time with Shell Pearl. I received it yesterday, so I only played around with it last night, but I can't seem to make it work for me.
It seems SO pigmented on my skin. Like, crazy pigmented. The shade sort of reminds me of Nars Orgasm but a lot more saturated. I tried using a couple different brushes and I can't seem to get the right effect. I don't think I could wear this a blush, let alone a highlight!
It is just looking very orange on me. Is it possible that it is just too warm for my skin tone? Or do you think I am just too light skinned?
Is it my technique? I tried to be very light handed...
Any input you all have would be appreciated. I really want this to work and would hate to return it.
Thanks in advance!
I'm lighter than you and do not have that problem... it sounds like you might be picking up way too much product! You really only need a dusting. Even with a 167SH it does not turn orange on me (I'm nc15 usually but much more pale/ clear right now). Are your brushes washed/ cleaned could it be residue from another product? If not, I would try to apply much lighter!!Alright...I think I need some help (Maybe Erin...Can you please weigh in on this?)

Found it! Check out ElegantOne's post in Archie's Girls thread! Post #9207!Did you see the post ElegantOne made over in the Archie's Girl thread? I think it was last night? She went through all the kinds of powder and gave a little description of each. Quite a few people found it helpful. I'll see if I can find the post number...

I was gonna say the exact same thing! It's most likely the brush you're using. Try a duo fibre and lightly brush the top of it.I'm NW15 and it turns into a beautiful sheer shimmer on me. Which brushes are you applying it with? Maybe trying a fan brush or a duo fiber brush would give you a sheerer effect.
