Make-up Application Lesson

hello all,

i live in NY and was thinking about taking a make up application lesson at either a Mac or Mac pro store.

has anyone taken a lesson in either of these stores in NY? if so, could you suggest which Mac or Mac pro store you went to, the artist's name, and the location? preferably within the 5 Boroughs or Westchester/ Connecticut as well.

Did you end up going for a lesson? How did it go? What did you ask them to show you?

I just got a gift card for a lesson (yay!) but I'm not sure what I'll ask them to show me. I think I have the basics down (though I'm always on the search for tips). Do they have lessons say, on how to do creative eyes?

P.S. if anyone has makeup artist recommendations for the Toronto Queen or Bloor stores to do this lesson, it'd be much appreciated!

I'm a MUA and took a lesson roughly about 4 years ago at the old pro location. Very informative and helpful! I suggest you do it!!
