Make-up recs for improving my look, and peach lipstick recs. Please.

So, I'm ridiculously pale, with serious pink undertones and bright rosy cheeks. My hair tends to alternate between black and red, but right now it's a neon pumpkin shade.

I'm looking for peach lipstick. Something non-chalky or matte. A peach that will look okay with my skintone. Something sheer if it has a lot of colour payoff, or a luster or cream.

Beyond that, any other recs are welcome. Colours or products that will make me look better.

Make Up For Ever Rouge Artist Intense in #24 is peach on me. Might be dark for you, but the line has a lot of colors that it's nearly impossible not to find one that you need. Smoked Peach by Revlon is also a good pick! Otherwise, just get a pale lipstick then blend it with a brighter peach/orange (if you haven't found one you really like) to get the look you want.
