I can't remember where I read this from, but I've tried it and it works
Take some cotton swabs and dip the entire bud into Visine. Then take your Visine-soaked cotton swabs and put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Then after moisturizer but before concealer/foundation, take a cotton swab and hold it over the pimple/blemish for a few seconds with gentle pressure. The Visine helps to reduce the redness and the coldness helps to calm and reduce inflammation. Apply concealer with a pointy-tipped concealer brush and pat until blended. Lightly powder to set using a velour powder puff.
