Hi, My dress is a halter black, with red tulle on bottom, and red satin empire design. Any ideas please?

I really do not think you should do the black e/l and the red lips only because everyone does it and to me it's very boring. Same with the bronzy smokey eye now
And the panda eye.
SO I'm going to recommend this:
Do a very neutral face and lips and eye. Very monochromatic. Like have maybe a peach blush peach lips that are fairly light (Or beige depending on your skin tone)
and have a very natural eye- shroom on the browbone, kid on the lid....
now here we go for the unexpected twist.
Take a taupe eyeshadow and line your entire eye with it. Then use a black e/l tightline your eye or get as close to the lashes as possible (Liquid would be best)
Then apply tons of mascara
