thats GREAT!!!!!

This is a good thing it means that what ever you are using in you "kit" will be refunded to you. Or it can be a flat fee that is paid (not wat theyre paying u to do the makeup) just 4 you using your stuff.? dont know if this made sense to you lol

I'm assuming you mean compensation: kit fee paid.

When doing makeup work, there are generally two fees incurred by the client. The first is what they are paying for you to actually do the makeup. This generally factors in travel to the location, time spent doing application, the level of difficulty of the desired look, and may include test-runs and/or consultations before the actual event.

The second fee is called the kit fee, which for some is a flat rate, and for some a fixed variable rate depending on the work being done. The kit fee works to cover replacement of products as they wear out/are used up through work.

This means you will be expected to provide your own materials and products, and will not have a budget for purchasing special items for this production.
