I have quite small eyes and I was wondering how I'd make them look larger with eye shadow, liner ect. Help?

A couple of things to try:
When you want to open up your eyes and make them appear larger you need to work with light and shadow. I would use liner on the top lashes only and really blend it into the lash line then curl your lashes and use a lengthening mascara. Also, extending the liner at the outer corners can make them appear larger as well. I always use a highlighter on my brow bone as well as the inner corners of my eyes to widen them. And last but not least, try white eyeliner on your bottom waterline as this extends the whites of your eyes and make them appear wider and brighter. Hope this helps!!
