I need some matte eyeshadow recs. No Neutrals, Nice Pretty Brights and it doesn't have to be MAC.

Make Up For Ever. Gorgeous bright matte shadows. Much smoother than MAC's, too. You'll want to look at #92 (very, very popular purple - with good reason!), #75 (hot pink), #72 (turquoise), #2 (yellow) and others!

I second teh recommendation for MUFE e/s. Their texture is amazing. For MAC, I like the Matte 2's such as Poste Haste and Fig 1

I don't have any specific color recommendations, but Urban Decay makes a lovely line of matte single shadows. Very soft, blendable, good color payoff.

i don't know about mac but if you have Inglot in your area you have to check their matte eyeshadows , they have dark, neutral and bright colors and they are gorgeous .
