Metal Eye Sheen

I picked up one of these (in Platinum) because the description sounded really cool. I recived it on Saturday and its super hard, not creamy, not powdery like a normal shadow and when I rubbed my finger over it there was no color pay off on my finger. Does anyone else have this problem or have a different method of using them?

That doesn't sound right...I would call the company you got it from and check with them because I'm pretty sure those are supposed to be cream shadows so maybe yours has dried out somehow? I don't know but you should definitely check! HTH!!
