This look, well the bottom liner, was inspired by Kim K. I love how she usually wears a semi metallic eyeliner on her lower lash line. But for some reason you can only really see it in the 1st pic. I think the shadow from my phone in the 2nd pic ruined the effect. Also, please excuse my break outs!
