I've mostly given up on drugstore brands because I'm usually always disappointed, but I keep coming back to the Milani Baked Eyeshadows. I don't like how some of them "need" to be foiled in order to show up properly (eg Purrr-fect Purple), but are they still pretty and worth it worn dry? Call me lazy I guess, but that's how I prefer to wear my shadows. I suppose I'm also really picky, but if the texture, pigmentation, and wear aren't really good, such products end up in my swap/sell stash. I'd rather spend money on something that works well!
