Milani lip sheers scraping against tube?

Does anyone else have this problem? The sides of the lipstick are scraped by the sides of the tube for some reason; I'm not sure if it's poorly designed or if the lipstick is so soft it tilts with pressure. I would say it's just me and how I use lipstick, but I don't have it with their regular lipsticks or any lipstick I own period.

Nope I had this problem too...and if they weren't scrapping against the tube, they were breaking off at the base.

I just had one break at the base

I wish they were more durable, because I really, really like them.

I had the same problem with mine. Maybe they are just too soft?
