The title was inspired by the first look.. M*A*D's "Mystic Blue" reminds me of moonlight on water, its so sheer and shimmery.
Both of these looks were done with just two shadow colors, I haven't had a ton of time lately to get more complex, but two colors can be very complimentary.
1)
Face: Olay Complete, M*A*D Minerals concealer and Light Golden foundation, Ulta "Sunkissed" cheek color
Eyes: Too Faced Shadow Insurance, AboutFace Cosmetics " Lured by Life", M*A*D Minerals "Mystic Blue", M*A*D gel liner "Magnetism", Rimmel "Sexy Curves" mascara
Lips: Rimmel Vinyl Gloss "Essential"

Eyes: Too Faced Shadow Insurance, M*A*D "Plum Dream" and "Linen" shadows and "Tanzanite" gel liner, Rimmel mascara
