More fakes in the run up to christmas?

I suspect we'll experience more fakes being sold on eBay in the run up to christmas so folks need to be extra vigilant when buying things like pigments.

Last year I found tens of thousands of dollars retail value of fake MAC being sold in November and December. I'd like to think it wouldn't happen again this year but I suspect it will

i'm so thankful to have a MAC counter nearby, that's where my MAC gifts always come from, so i know they're authentic. the only one i didn't get at the counter was Rio de Rosa which my mom bought off eBay, but she did her research (lucky for me) and got an authentic one

i really hope people will do the same, and research things before they buy them, especially eye and lip products!
