You should get Dark!

I am NW 20 in winter and wear Medium Plus then,

I am NC 30 in summer and wear Medium Dark these months.

I'm an NW20 and I wear Light Medium. :/ I go up to about NW25 in the summer and I wear Medium then. I'd suggest Medium Dark if you were edging towards the NC40 side.
