I was informed it was normal by my piercer right before I got my sternum done,she has the same exact things on her nape piercing.It's just so ew,blah but I'll live with it.I need to kick up my sea salt soaks a little bit I think,the bump started to go down but then I got in a slump and didn't do as many seasalt soaks.I get check ups on it atleast twice a month because this piercing is like my baby,hah.
