My entire order unavailable?

Ok i just got an email from MAC saying that my entire order is on backorder... I can understand that the Heatherette 2 trio may be sold out but I also ordered Bare Study and Sweetness BPB...

anyone else having this problem? Does this mean that Trio #2 is sold out, cuz it doesn't have the death circle by it...
