My eyeshadow arrived shattered!

I'm so sad. I ordered smoke and diamonds and it arrived today completely shattered. This is the first time anything like this has happend. I tried emailed MAC to see if I could get a replacement, but no response yet. Has this happend to anybody? Will they send me a new one automatically, not at all, or will they have me send the broken one back first?

Yes they will gladly replace it...But I always call them and they send it out second day delivery....Email is too slow for me...They will tell you to keep the broken one and send you a new one...they normally do not request you return mu items

^^Yep calling is faster, and the people on the phone are super nice! They will fix it in a jiffy!

I have also taken a shattered product to my local store to replace. I love Smoke and Diamonds and just purchased a few of the other starflash eye colors - can't wait to use.

I called and they were incredible helpful! She said a replacement should be coming to me no later then Thursday!
