So what is the glitter on the black eyelid part from? Is it from the B/E glimmer?

Also what is the wand of the mascara like--it's odd that it says it can be eyeliner too so just wondering what the applicator is all about!

Yes, the glitter is fro mthe B/E glimmer

Honestly, I don't know how it can be used as a mascara LOL
Maybe if you wet it and rub your lashes against it..?
It basically looks like a pencil eyeliner without the wood stuff surrounding the liner itself---but this one is much fatter
