My MAC arrived damaged-C.S. Rules!!!!

I was so excited my MAC arrived today. I've been waiting for my temptations since the 10th. When I opened the box, however, my lipgloss mini set was badly scratched. It even looked gunky (like stickers had been stuck on it and peeled off). The lipglosses inside were mostly okay (one was seperated though). Needless to say, I was in total shock. Who wants an ugly lip kit? I called the 800 number, and the customer service representative was so sweet. She is shipping a new set out to me right away. I am totally happy now. MAC customer service rocks!!! I was worried they would dispose of the damaged set, but I got to keep it.

one of mine was messed up too. the outside was cracked and scratched up. thats pretty nice they let u keep it.

all of the lipglasses in mine are seperated except for umm, dreamy?

I haven't opened it, maybe i should send it back to them too

MAC's usually pretty good about fixing their mistakes. I opened my package once and there was nothing in it except for a packing slip and tissue paper. I called them right away and they shipped me my stuff again right away.
