I think a tutorial is not really useful. It´s so simple... This is, how the DELFT has been applied - I used a BENEFIT brush. It´s synthetic, flat and quite small. The shape of the colored area depends on your eye shape. Over this I applied POMPOUS BLUE. Then just a bit black into the oter corner and alnong the bone. That´s all. Just a bit highlighter and blending :-D
