My Parrot is a Clown....

First of all...I'm only practising resp. using new products for the first time, this aqua color body/facepaint stuff.....it seems like water is however not the right mixing medium for them, because it was not very smooth to apply and it cracked on my skin after drying...so I have to find a better way for using them...

But since it's more than just a bit of eyeshadow around my eyes, I though I'd share my experiment with you......and post better versions of it in the future =)

Eyes:
GRIMAS Eyeshadow Red
GRIMAS Eyeshadow Yellow
GRIMAS Eyeshadow Black
KRYOLAN Cake eyeliner Black
KRYOLAN Aqua Color White
KRYOLAN Showgirl Lashes
BOBBI BROWN Eyehshadow White
Eyebrowpencil black

Cheeks:
KRYOLAN Aqua Color White
KRYOLAN Aqua Color Red
KRYOLAN Aqua Color Black

Lips:
KRYOLAN Aqua Color Red
KRYOLAN Aqua Color Black

No foundation used, because of only practising.

I had troubles removing that white paint from my lashes....but I thought I'd post it anyway, because you can see the eyeshadow clearly in that pic.

(I think that FOTD is my reaction to (...against^^) the last Nude look....*g*)

this would make a cool photoshoot!

I'll definitely re-do it for a photoshoot but without mixing water-based colors with eyeshadow....it doesn't look good. As I wrote already, I'm not very satisfied with the aquacolors...so the next clown will be only watercolors or only eyeshadow...=)

Very creative. I love it! Have you tried MAC Mixing Medium (water based)?

Not yet...I'll try it with a water-glycerine-mixture next time.
