What I used:
rubenesque paint pot
beige-ing s/s
going bananas e/s
fab n flashy e/s
romping e/s
sushiflower e/s
shroom e/s
carbon e/s (to line upper lash line)
parfait amour e/s (lower lash line)

I did fix the photo up, I just enhanced the colors and blurred out some zits. uuuuugh, c/c is appreciated!
