I've been forgetting to check the website to see if they were back but, today I got an email from MAC with a free shipping code so I thought...hmm, it's been awhile, let's see the status now. And what do you know, you can pre-order them. Luckly I got them when I did cause I checked back not to long ago and there already sold out
