Nail Art Problem

I have little nubby thumbs, also called a clubbed thumb, megan fox has these thumbs.
And i feel like, i cant really do anything cute to my nails because of my thumbs being so short, its hard to let my thumb nail grow out, because sometimes it grows, and sometimes the nail doesnt, i used the sally hanson nail growth stuff.
And im seeing some results,
but what would be a cute nail design for all my fingers.
I feel like i can't do anything pretty because of my thumbs.
Please help

What about having a sculpt on just the thumbs? That way you'll be able to extend them a bit without having to put on a tip and overlay.
