Ah ok! I knew the Sephora stuff came out 11/1 but didn't realize this has the same release date. Thanks so much!Oh boy. Yes. The gifting collection will be released on November 1st, and the Splendor in the Grass palette will be a NARScosmetics.com / boutique exclusive. So that's why it's not available for now.

I usually get it around at 9pm whenever I order. Maybe I should wait until midnight. If I don't get until then, I should call them and try to find out whether something is wrong.

I want almost everything from this collection. I think if I buy it in parts I can ween a few unnecessary items off my list by the time the season is over.
I love my Ita brush. I use it sometimes to highlight, but use it mostly to soften and blend out my blush.

I almost exclusively use my Ita for highlighting, but only b/c I like having a brush dedicated to that so I don't have to wash it as often since it doesn't get a lot of pigment on it. I've also used it to contour. It's great for applying bronzer around the edges of the face, too.

I think it depends.... I ordered some lipsticks off their website a few weeks ago. I got the ship notice later in the day and the package arrived via FedEx the same week. I did pay for shipping despite the note on their website that they would automatically ship for free if you spent $50 or more. I have always gotten mine via FedEx even with free shipping so maybe the smart post {horrible horrible service if you ask me} depends on where it is going or who packed it or something.
True smart post story this: I ordered a dior item from neimans and they shipped everything regular but one item went via smart post. It left TX and went to Atlanta which is the main midwestern postal hub {my ex used to do computer programming for the USPS} which makes total sense. Then it went to Hawaii. Don't ask me how Hawaii was en route to MO. It took a month to get to me. I could have driven to the store it shipped from in 2 days. It was totally stupid. I was on the phone with them saying Hawaii? Really? Hawaii? every couple of days for the last two weeks. If I recall correctly they ended up refunding me the money for the item because ... Hawaii.
