nars have excellent blushes my fav I like mac but most of the time I only get about 4 hours of wear with mac blushes nars aleast 8 hours

I noticed the same thing @allthingsglam with mac blushes , i really wanted to get taj mahal as my first blush from them but what the heck, that palette was a steal and if i love them i guess i will be a nars fan. and also you cant beat the price especially with f+f code

My items came in!
Coeur Battant, Goodbye Emmanuelle, Cambodia. Coeur Battant is a little bit hard to swatch on your hand bc it's matte and so pigmented (like a lot sticks to your finger) definitely touch your brush to this one SUPER lightly at first lol. Goodbye Emmanuelle is gorgeous too, feels very smooth. Cambodia is lovely, it arrived perfect (I was so paranoid about it being shattered!) and the texture is super buttery, I love it! I like Nars shadows but a lot of them I do find to be drier in texture, so this formula is right up my alley, I think I'm going to wear it tonight. I also love that the external packaging has the Guy Bourdin on it

i love using a chanel 7 brush (one of the only chanel brushes i like) with them, works better than any other brands/type/style brushes for the high pigment - exhibit A may be a good choice for me, i wonder if it has the special red GB writing on the case since it is part of perm collection??
one of the beauty blogs said the new e/s texture is like chanel illusion d'ombre, are they that creamy? thx!!

mine accent arrives on tuesday. i would not say they are similar at all. accent is more brown mauve and this is pink with a hint of peach , but they might look nice together. accent for contour and this as a blush

They don't quite feel like the Illusion d'Ombres to me but they feel a lot like Dior eyeshadows, really smooth and creamy. Dior shadows are some of my fav!

it has good pigment, not crazy pigmented but it's not sheer either
