Need a color similar to bronze without the fallout.

Bronze the eyeshadow? I've never had fall out from that eyeshadow before. Maybe tap the brush a few times so the excess pigment falls out or dampen your brush just a teeny bit so the eyeshadow adheres to your skin better.

edit: oh yeah.. if you dislike that eyeshadow (?) try temping, romp, or mulch.

Try mulch...they look almost alike.

I've had a friend tell me that she pats on her e/s instead of brushing them on. I personally have had no issues with fallout with MAC so far on the few colors I have... Or perhaps a mixing medium will work.

If you really don't like it, IA with the suggestion on Tempting and Mulch.

Definitely Romp. I've never had fallout issues though - would try tapping your brush as suggested above.
