Need help for make up to go with a outfit!

Hello!
I'd really like some help with what on earth to do tomorrow- my friend is coming over and she wants me to suggest/help her with her make up =0 She is somewhere around NC-25 I would say... and we are both asian

We're going out tomorrow night for another friends birthday, and she's wearing a lemon yellow baby doll top, with dark blue jeans. She says she wants to try a smoky look though.
I mainly have pigments. What sorts of colours should we be using?!
Gold pigments that I have include:
Gold Dusk
Old Gold
Dazzleray

I have many samples of other pigments too!! Purples and pinks and Blues and Greens and neutrals =\ I don't really want to name them all...
Eyeshadows include: Aquadisiac, Pink Venus, Jest, Mulch, Cranberry and Gleam.

Please give me some advice!!

do yellow on the inner corner of the eye, a light yellowy green on the eyelid, do green brown pigment in the crease and outer 1/3 and under the lid line with a dark green e/l and mascara use peach blush and peach lipstick/gloss and use white on the brow?
