Need Interview Advice!

heyy all -

i have an interview w. my regional recruiter next thurs. on the 8th of jan. i am taking my resume & thinking about a portfolio. i dont have proffesional work but i have done makeup on my friends, etc. should i bring a portfolio of my ammature work with me?

here is my gallery that i have started putting the pictures that i may take in. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!

I wouldn't take it. A portfolio is suppose to be a display of your professional work, and I am not saying that its bad or anything don't take it that way. But in this industry they will judge you by your portfolio and its contents. I would say you currently don't have one, and try and get some TFP w/ photographers.

At the time of my hiring and even now I don't have a solid portfolio, I am still building mine. One isn't necessary for the job, but if you had one assembled it does help.
