SKIN:
-Very illuminizing cream similar to strobe cream, but that has a yellow undertone (MAC moisturegleam, D.C.'d but something similar), mix it with hyper real foundation. If you don't have hyper real, then mix it with any foundation.
-Set with a very light dusting of the powder of your choice (hyper real powder if you have it).
-Harmony blush
-Light dusting of refined golden bronzer in appropriate areas
-Light dusting of a goldish irridescent powder or MSF if you still need more shine
LIPS:
-Oak Lipliner
-Hue Lipstick
-instant gold lipglass (or something similar if that's too sticky for you).
EYES:
mac shadows: carbon, corduroy, texture, and pigment "vanilla"
brows: mac shadow "texture"
fake lashes

Do you think that the eye makeup would look good on small eyes(size and shape similar to Charlize Theron's)?

Sure just play with the way you place the color. Some eyes look better when the dark color is only placed on the lid, and some eyes look better when the color is dragged out to the sides a little bit. Play around with it and see what works best for you. But anyone can do a smokey, just play with placement
