Need suggestions for a good Eye Cream

Hello. I'm only 23, but I'm already paranoid about the skin around my eyes, especially because I wear eye makeup and use eye makeup remover everyday. I'm concerned that fussing with the skin around my eyes will cause premature wrinkling and sagging. I already notice some lines on the inner corners from rubbing my eyes (bad habit!)

I'm looking at buying an eye cream, if it's even worth buying one. I was looking at Bliss All-Around Eye Cream for $28 at Sephora. I'm on a budget, so any cheap suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

I use Clinique All About Eyes Rich. I'm 28 though. The original formula will prob be fine for you.

I dunno if you guys get the Botanics brands at Boots in the States but its eye cream is supposed to be okay and that'll be cheaper than Clinique.

Clinique All About Eyes is fantastic! Clinique has a decent selection of eye creams at pretty reasonable prices; I would check out the Clinique counter!

1) little bit of anti aging, nothing crazy
2) moisturizing
3) night use

She's only 23 - this Shiseido one is too much for her!
Better Shiseido solution is their classic Skincare line - Eye Moisture Recharge
