Neutral/conservative eye look for NW50?

Maybe this should be in Beauty of Color but I'm at a bit of a loss on what eyeshadows/pigments are good for a conservative environment (read no glitter, gold, etc.). I find that the "neutral" non-glitter colors I've seen at MAC are too white-ish/beigey. Any recommendations?

I'm an NW50 - things I use for a neutral eye: smoking eyes quad, shadows such as handwritten, espresso, all that glitters, constructivist PP. If I want a bit of shimmer then i use mulch. For me I find sticking to warm toned browns are great for a neutral eye.

Definitely look into the matte2 collection - lots of nice work-safe colors. Other colors that might work for you are saddle, texture, sketch, brown down, velvet moss, era, soft brown and cork.

If you don't mind branching out to another line, Bobbi Brown cannot be beat for great work-appropriate colors with fantastic pigmentation. I am on pins and needles waiting for the new Best of Chocolate Palette to come out in November (see thumbnail). Isn't it gorgeous?
