New Blending Brush - 217 or 224?

I want to get a new eyeshadow brush. I mainly want it to help blend out harsh lines where colours meet. I'm a bit of a beginner at blending, though not too awful.

I have the 226 but find it to be a bit big. Do you recommend the 217 or the 224? There is a £6 difference between the two, so does this mean the 224 is better for some reason?

I will probably get both eventually, but for now..I want to pick just 1.
I have what I would consider a regular amount of lid space.

PLMK what you think

Personally I think the 217 is better for blending out harsh lines....its densely packed (in terms of the bristles) so you have more control.

I think they are both a must have, I would start with the 217 though

You can apply color with it and blend out with it, it has really good control.

I have the 217, 222, 224 and 226. I think that they are all good in there own way. The 217 would be great for what you are currently looking for a brush to do. Because the 224 is so soft and not as stiff/dense you may have to put a little more effort into making it work for blending out harsh lines. BTW....I loooooove my 226 brush. I use it almost everyday

Thanks so much, I picked the 217

I "fondled" each in store, and I liked that it was firmer.
