New skincare routine? (combinated skin)

Hello!
I need a new skincare routine , i have a combinated skin type. Also my skin is very sensitive for perfume and stuff.. My skin is blemish free and fair.

I don't want to spend allot of money and i live in Europe so i can't get all brands.

i have found the clinique system is best for my skin, it's really improved it! it's using a liquid soap, clarifying lotion and then moisturiser. however it is pricey, but if you go to a counter in a department store and get them to show you which skin type you are, you can buy maybe one item and they will most likely give you samples for the others, i bought the clarifying lotion and got sample soap and moisturiser. It actually has lasted a fair while, and it gives you time to make sure it works for you!
