New York Apple Blush... Any info on this?

I can't seem to find any info on it... When it was available, when it was dc'ed. I didn't even know that there was a New York Apple blush. I know about the lipstick and the eye shadow.

I still have my New york apple blush. I purchased it roughly 15 years ago. It hasn't been available for easily 8 years...Not sure of exact date.
