i'm not sure, we have this in england except its called essential moisture, its like a chapstick(?)..
is that what u call it in america?

i havent tried the prep and prime, but i assume it does more than a lipsalve/chapstick

I have the pink tinted one and it's amazing !!! Soooo soft and it does hold lipstick nicely. I like to use it alone but I do use it with my cliniques bamboo pink lipstick and it blend in lovely.
