I sent in my app and got a call back. Its on monday but she didnt say it was for an "interview," she just we would be chatting. and i mentioned on the phone that i was really interested in MAC. I have no retail experience. but im bringing pics of my work. Ive been freelancing for a while, but no real job. So im going on monday. ANY ADVICE? she didnt say it was an interview but she did tell me that i would talk to the mac ma's as well.

I worked for Nordstrom (Lauder, but all the companies are looking for the same thing). Remember that above all else you are there to sell product. Nordstrom doesn't care a great deal about how much you know about cosmetics or how great an artist you are unless you can use that knowledge to move that product out the door. Focus on goal achievment, your tenacity and your ability to build customer relationships. Make sure they know that you are not afraid to push product. Good Luck!
