so i'm buying a reel red ccb offline, and i was talking to my friend about it.

and i have some questions to ask you lovely ladies, becuase, well, let's face it, i have no clue.
can you:
a.)use ccb's as eyeshadow by itself?
b.)can you blend ccbs?


and also, if you live in the bay area [more towards oakland]
could you suggest a good place to get my eyebrows done?
i got them done at alexander pope on college ave by erikka and honestly, i didnt like it :C
so if you could recommend someone or a shop, that would be wonderful.

i use my ccb (improper copper) alone as a shadow when i am going for the natural look. My ccb also blends easily with my e/s.

CCB's are often used as eyeshadows or e/s bases. They are also great for cheeks and for highlighting depending on the color you buy.

You can use CCBs as eyeshadow and they're easy to blend (just set them with powder when you're finished), but I should point out that Reel Red CCB isn't eyesafe.
