okay her cheeks and her lip color recommendation please.

She's my idol, she is soooooooooooo hot!

Maybe C-Thru l/g for the lips. I'm not sure about the cheeks...very tanned skin!

it's hard to tell the cheek colour because of her skintone. maybe try mac mocha powder blush? and mac c-thru lipglass on the lips.

I read from some British beauty publication online that she uses MAC's Stone lip pencil and Spite lipglass. However in this photo she looks like she is using a slightly warmer toned lipglass. I agree that C-Thru looks like a good one over Stripdown lip pencil.
For cheeks, the recs above sound pretty darn good. You can also try the new MSF in Warmed for that tanned-glowy look.
